4/7/2023: Used 6 oz package of Jell-o, 15 oz can of mandarin oranges in light syrup, 1/2 of quart of Pierre's Orange Sherbet.Added hot water to jell-o. Waited a few minutes and added the juice and sherbet. Probably could add directly without waiting. Poured the mixture into the mold. Sprinkled the oranges around the mold. Refrigerated overnight. Whoops! Seemed to gel, but collapsed when unmolded.
