Ingredients
Crust

all purpose flour
sifted

cup
confectioners sugar
sifted

butter or margarine
slightly softened
Topping
4
eggs
2
cups
granulated sugar
1/3
cup
lemon juice
1/4
cup
all purpose flour
1/2
tsp
baking powder
Instructions
Crust
Sift together 2 cups flour and confectioners sugar.
Cut in butter until mixture clings together.
Press into a 13x9x2 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350
o
about 20 to 25 minutes, until lightly browned.
Filling
Put eggs, sugar, lemon juice in blender and blend until thick and smooth.
Sift 1/4 cup flour and baking powder and add to blender. Blend to combine.
Pour over crust.
Bake at 350
o
for 25 minutes.
Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
Cool.
Cut in bars.
Makes 36 bars.
