Grandma's Sticky Stuffing

Ingredients

boiled chestnuts

white slice bread

8 oz bags
WONDER stuffing cubes
8
stalks
celery
1
large
onion

eggs
less than 1/4
cup
sugar

salt
scant, 1/2 garlic salt
2
sticks
margarine
Instructions
Toast bread and crumble.
Add water a little at a time until moist. Makes about 5 cups for bread or about 7 cups for WONDER stuffing cubes.
Meanwhile boil chestnuts, cool, remove shells, and chop coarsely. chestnuts may be prepared in advance.
Cut celery and onion small and saute in margarine.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
