Fantastic Chicken With Sauce
Servings 8 servings
Ingredients
- 2 chickens cut up
- 1 jar apricot preserves 8 oz
- 1 package dry onion soup mix 4 serving size
- 1 bottle Russion salad dressing 8 oz
Instructions
- Place chicken pieces skin-side up in 13x9-inch or similar size baking pan.
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
- Bake in preheated 350o oven, uncovered, for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
- Makes 8 servings.
