Creme de Menthe Pie AKA Grasshopper Pie

creme filled chocolate cookies
Oreos
1/4
cup
margarine
melted
Filling
1/4
cup
green creme de menthe
1
jar
marshmallow cream
2
cups
heavy cream
whipped
Instructions
Crust
Grind up cookies in blender.
Pour into bowl and add melted margarine.
Reserve 1/2 cup for top.
Press remainder in springform pan and up sides.
Filling
Gradually add creme de menthe to marshmallow cream and mix until well blended.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour onto crust.
Sprinkle with remaining crumbs.
Freeze firm. 6 hours or overnight.
