Ingredients

eggs
hard boiled
3
medium
onions
1
lb
chicken livers
1
stick
margarine
to taste
salt
Instructions
Saute onions in margarine. Remove from pan.
Saute chicken livers in same pan.
Grind 1 egg and reserve some for topping.
Grind livers, onions, and eggs. Mix well.
Salt to taste.
Spray mold with PAM. Place reserved egg topping in mold. Fill mold with mixture.
Refrigerate.
Unmold before serving.
Notes
Use Kitchenaid mixer with grinding attachments.
