Ingredients

eggs

sugar

Wesson butter oil
3
cups
flour
1
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
salt
1
tsp
vanilla
1
cup
nuts
OR
1
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Beat eggs, sugar and oil.
Fold in remaining ingredients.
Form into three loaves. Use metal ice cube trays for baking pans.
Bake at 350
o
for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven. Close oven door to hold heat.
Slice warm. Move some slices to a 4th tray to allow for air circulation around the pieces.
Dry in oven.
Store in Ziploc bags in the freezer.

10/27/17 Made with Pillsbury Gluten Free All Purpose Flour. Looks right but crumbly and grainy texture.
