Blueberry Tart (Emilie)
Ingredients
Crust

cup
flour
pinch
salt
2
tbs
sugar
1/4
cup
salted butter
1
tbs
vinegar
scant
Filling
2/3
cup
sugar
2
tbs
flour
dash
cinnamon
3
cups
blueberries
dry as possible
Instructions
Make the crust by working the butter in with the flour, salt and sugar. Add the vinegar.
For the filling combine the cinnamon with the sugar and flour. Add the blueberries.
Put crust in quiche pan. Top with filling.
Bake at 400
o
for 1 hour.
Remove from oven .
Top with 1 cup fresh blueberries.
Cool.
Dust with confectioner's sugar.
Notes
Buy 2 pints blueberries.
