Chopped Liver Mold
Ingredients
- 3 eggs hard boiled
- 3 medium onions
- 1 lb chicken livers
- 1 stick margarine
- to taste salt
Instructions
- Saute onions in margarine. Remove from pan.
- Saute chicken livers in same pan.
- Grind 1 egg and reserve some for topping.
- Grind livers, onions, and eggs. Mix well.
- Salt to taste.
- Spray mold with PAM. Place reserved egg topping in mold. Fill mold with mixture.
- Refrigerate.
- Unmold before serving.
Notes
Use Kitchenaid mixer with grinding attachments.
