Chopped Liver Mold

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs hard boiled
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1 lb chicken livers
  • 1 stick margarine
  • to taste salt

Instructions

  • Saute onions in margarine.  Remove from pan.
  • Saute chicken livers in same pan.
  • Grind 1 egg and reserve some for topping.
  • Grind livers, onions, and eggs.  Mix well.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Spray mold with PAM.  Place reserved egg topping in mold.  Fill mold with mixture.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Unmold before serving.  

Notes

Use Kitchenaid mixer with grinding attachments.
