Cheese Pie

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup melted butter

Filling

  • 3 package cream cheese 8-oz package
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Topping

  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 2 tbs sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  • Mash cheese at room temperature.  Add eggs, sugar, vanilla and let blend.
  • Make graham cracker crust by mixing all crust ingredients.  Pat into 9-inch greased springform pan.  Pat crust 1 inch up on sides.
  • Pour cheese mixture into crust.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350o.  
  • Take out of the oven and let cool.
  • Turn oven to 475o
  • Mix all topping ingredients and beat until foamy.
  • Pour topping over cake and bake 5 minutes.
  • Store in refrigerator.
