Blueberry Tart (Emilie)
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup flour
- pinch salt
- 2 tbs sugar
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 1 tbs vinegar scant
Filling
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 tbs flour
- dash cinnamon
- 3 cups blueberries dry as possible
Instructions
- Make the crust by working the butter in with the flour, salt and sugar. Add the vinegar.
- For the filling combine the cinnamon with the sugar and flour. Add the blueberries.
- Put crust in quiche pan. Top with filling.
- Bake at 400o for 1 hour.
- Remove from oven .
- Top with 1 cup fresh blueberries.
- Cool.
- Dust with confectioner's sugar.

Buy 2 pints blueberries.
