Orange Jello
Ingredients
- 1 large package orange jello
- 1 1/4 cup hot water
- 1 pint orange sherbet
- 2 cans mandarin oranges or 1 large can
Instructions
- Dissolve jello in water. Let set a few minutes.
- Add sherbet and juice from oranges.
- Add mandarin oranges and allow to set.
Notes
4/7/2023: Used 6 oz package of Jell-o, 15 oz can of mandarin oranges in light syrup, 1/2 of quart of Pierre's Orange Sherbet.
Added hot water to jell-o. Waited a few minutes and added the juice and sherbet. Probably could add directly without waiting.
Poured the mixture into the mold.
Sprinkled the oranges around the mold.
Refrigerated overnight.
Whoops! Seemed to gel, but collapsed when unmolded.
