White Clam Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp parsley chopped
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 cup little neck whole clams with juice 8 oz can

Instructions

  • Heat garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
  • Slowly stir in water.
  • Stir in parsley, salt, oregano, and pepper.
  • Slowly add clams and juice.
  • Cook until clams are heated through.
  • Serve hot on cooked spaghetti or macaroni.
