White Clam Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic sliced thin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 tsp parsley chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 cup little neck whole clams with juice 8 oz can
Instructions
- Heat garlic in olive oil until lightly browned.
- Slowly stir in water.
- Stir in parsley, salt, oregano, and pepper.
- Slowly add clams and juice.
- Cook until clams are heated through.
- Serve hot on cooked spaghetti or macaroni.
